Ted Repetti has been Director of Enterprise Risk Management since January 2019. Ted has responsibility for leading the ERM program, which partners with colleagues to identify, assess, and mitigate PSEG’s most important risks and challenges in support of achieving strategic objectives and enterprise resilience.

Ted joined Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) in 2014 as Program Manager of the Solar Loan Program. In this role, he led business development while overseeing loan reviews, portfolio management and program operations.

Prior to joining PSE&G, Ted spent five years with the U.S. government, both at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (at the time known as the Overseas Private Investment Corporation) and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office, where he led project financings of utility scale renewable energy projects, both in the U.S. and in emerging market countries. Ted previously was an investment banking associate at both Morgan Stanley and Citigroup and began his career as a corporate valuation analyst with Management Planning Inc.

Ted is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from The College of New Jersey.
